Reunion Details:


Friday, June 20th, 2025

  • Hotel Check-in Time is 3:00 pm

  • 4:00 pm-6:00 pmRegistration Check-in.

  • 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm— Hospitality Room. Please bring packages of individually pre-packaged sized snacks to share for the Hospitality Room (example: Cheez-its, PB crackers, cookies, chips, nuts, bottled waters or sodas, etc.) Please note that we ONLY have the hospitality room for 6 hours this year. We are trying to limit the amount of food clean-up and waste in the Hospitality Room.

  • 9:30 pm— Hospitality Room Clean-up— please help clean up and out our Hospitality space.


Saturday, June 21st, 2025 (pre-registration and pmt required for lunch AND dinner ticket(s)- Deadline 6/6/25)

  • 7:00 am-10:00 am— Complimentary Breakfast (hotel guest only)

  • 12:00 pm- 3:00 pm— Business Mtg, Lunch & Tour at the ACH campus, Jo & Holt Hickman Center (Masonic Home Dining Hall)- Registration check-in available on site. (Sandwich, chips, cookie & drink- $10.00/ Pre-registration and pmt required for lunch ticket as lunch will be pre-ordered)

  • 1:00 pm— Business Meeting (Remember, the Masonic Home EX-Students Association meeting is always free.)

  • 5:45 pm— Dinner Check-in Burleson Event Center: 1150 S. Burleson Blvd., Burleson, TX 76028

  • 6:00 pm— Dinner/Silent Auction/Raffle and Band; PARTY is included with dinner. (BBQ dinner- $35.00/ Pre-registration and pmt required for dinner ticket as dinner will be pre-ordered.)

  • 7:30 pm-9:30 pm—“Party Only”- Music and dancing! If you choose to skip dinner and want to join the party.

  • 9:30 pm— Auction Checkout- Checkout (Auction closes at 9:00-volunteers will be asked to retrieve paid auction items).

  • 10:00 pm— Event Space Clean-up- Please help clean up and remove all items from our event.

THE BURLESON EVENT CENTER is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY. Cigarettes, cigars and all types of electronic cigarettes are NOT allowed. You may smoke OUTSIDE and AWAY from the entrance to the building. Any person who smokes in the building will be escorted OUT and NOT allowed to return to the building for the remainder of the event. Burleson Event Center does sell alcohol. It is a CASH ONLY Bar/ NO Credit Card or Check accepted. Absolutely NO outside alcohol, soft drinks or outside containers are allowed in the Event Center. Congregating or consuming alcohol in the parking lot will NOT be allowed under any circumstances. NO open containers may be taken outside the building. Absolutely NO drinking will be allowed on the dance floor.


Sunday, June 22th, 2025

  • 7:00 am–10:00 am- Complimentary Breakfast (hotel guest)

  • Check-out Time is 12:00 Noon

  • (Noon) Executive Board Meeting (incoming and outgoing board members)

  • The Registration Committee: Assist with on-site registration (gives out the name badges, directories, tickets to dinner, and auction check-out).

  • The Hospitality Committee: Assist with running the Hospitality Room (arrange food set-up, beverages, and paper supplies).

  • Auction Committee: Helps organize and promote the auction (gathering/arranging/displaying auction items at the reunion, assist with bid sheets, raffle ticket sells, and assist with auction check-out).

  • Donate to the reunion or general fund to help cover overall association costs.
